Because all our keepsakes and decorations are made to order and personalised specifically for you, we begin work promptly. If you need to make changes or request a cancellation, please email us as soon as possible. Once production has started, we may be unable to amend or cancel your order.

How long will my order take to dispatch?

Our typical production turnaround is approximately 1 to 2 business days. Each piece is carefully cut, engraved, and hand-finished before being packaged securely for dispatch.

Which delivery options do you offer?

We offer UK delivery via Royal Mail. You can select your preferred shipping method at checkout, including Royal Mail 24, Royal Mail 48, or Next Day Delivery.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include clear photos of both the damaged product and the outer packaging so we can arrange a replacement or resolve the issue swiftly.
